Living Our Story, Sharing His Glory

Today’s service brought a meaningful reminder that our faith is not just something we read about—it is something we are actively living and writing every day.

Everett shared a message on the idea of the “Fifth Gospel,” encouraging us to reflect on how our personal stories continue to unfold as part of God’s greater work. He spoke about how the Book of Acts feels ongoing, as believers today continue to live out the mission and testimony of the early church. Our personal testimonies, he reminded us, hold real power—to uplift, encourage, and bring hope to others in ways that only lived experience can.

We lifted our voices together in worship through “Go Light Your World,” “There Is None Like You,” and “Gratitude,” each song reinforcing the message of sharing light and thankfulness in our daily lives.

Jasmine shared a heartfelt Scripture reflection from Ecclesiastes 7:21–22, reminding us not to dwell too heavily on the words and actions of others, but to extend grace—recognizing our own imperfections as well.

Children’s Lesson:
Devan led the kids in a lesson on the Golden Calf, helping them understand the importance of staying faithful and not losing focus on God.
