Scripture: Exodus 12:15, Leviticus 23:6–7
The first day of Unleavened Bread is a set-apart convocation. Yahweh commands His people to remove leaven and eat unleavened bread. This isn’t just a tradition — it’s an appointed time.
Removing leaven is an act of obedience. It reminds us that Yahweh calls His people to be set apart. Just as leaven spread quietly through dough, sin and compromise can spread in our lives if left unchecked.
This day invites us to examine ourselves. What needs removed? What have we allowed to grow unnoticed?
Today begins a week of walking intentionally — eating what Yahweh commanded and remembering His deliverance.
